SHIPPING POLICY

Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt. We use second class post within the UK with the option to upgrade to first class and the Airmail service if being shipped overseas. If your order is delayed you will be advised by e-mail of an expected delivery date. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We readily post to many overseas countries, if your country is not listed at checkout, pleas contact us. All international orders are shipped DDU ( Delivery Duty Unpaid ) and please note that overseas customers are responsible for any taxes and customs charges for their country which may be due on delivery.

You may choose to have your order shipped as International Standard or International Tracked. We would recommend the tracked service for your order to give extra peace of mind as there is no tracking on the standard service. International delivery can take from 4 to 28 working days and varies from country to country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase or you may have changed your mind, we will offer you a full refund, minus the cost of postage. In the event there is a problem with the product itself we will offer a replacement or full refund including postage. Please notify us in advance of your intention to return an item and a reason why the item is unsatisfactory. Please return within 21 days of receiving the item if you are a UK customer or 28 days if you are outside the UK. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned item. The returned item should be in it's original packaging and all elements included.
