The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions.

Customer Service

 

It is our aim to provide an efficient and personal service to all our customers. Shopping with us should be a pleasure and we greatly value our relationship with our customers. We welcome any feedback and will happily answer any queries you may have.

Making a purchase

 

When an order is placed you will receive email notification confirming your order. Please ensure all email and address details are correct. We are not responsible for non-receipt of orders if incorrect information has been supplied by the customer.
 

Payment is accepted online through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase as this facility also offers you the option to choose to pay by card as a guest. Cheques or postal orders are also acceptable and should be made payable to Nia Cross Stitch. These should be from a British bank (Sterling £’s only).

 

Overseas customers are responsible for any taxes and customs charges that may be levied. These charges vary from country to country and Nia Cross Stitch is not able to advise on individual charges. It is recommended you contact any local authorities should you require specific information.

Prices

 

Prices are shown in British Pounds (Sterling £). When ordering from overseas the final amount you pay will depend on the exchange rate of the local currency as charged by your bank or credit card provider.

 

Delivery

 

Your order will usually be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt. We use first class post within the UK and airmail if being posted overseas. If your order is delayed you will be advised by e-mail of an expected delivery date. In the event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Returning your Order

 

If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase we will offer you a full refund, minus the cost of postage. In the event there is a problem with the product itself we will offer a replacement or full refund including postage. Please notify us in advance of your intention to return an item and a reason why the item is unsatisfactory. Please return within 21 days of receiving the item if you are a UK customer or 28 days if you are outside the UK. Refunds will be issued on receipt of the returned item. The returned item should be in it's original packaging and all elements included.

 

Bespoke Designs

 

We do our best to produce any bespoke design with the correct information, as supplied by the customer when placing an order.

To assist in this we ask that you supply as accurate information as possible and check the content of any image supplied for approval for errors or omissions.
